Maximum parsimony method. Maximum likelihood method. Bayesian inference of phylogeny. Phylogenetic methods applied to phylogeography.
Exhibition of final projects - Evolution (BIO 340)
05/07/2016
This semester Prof. Karla Yotoko proposed doing creative projects to exhibit subjects of evolution at the biology building.
Students of the course Evolution (BIO 340) performed samples of the final projects.
These projects included the didactic line time about Darwin and Mendel lives, the parody "Carreta Evolução" explained genetic drift, interviews with teachers of Biology about breaking barriers in teaching evolution and the documentary about eugenic.
The videos were projected on the wall of the elevator of the building, was something innovative and appealing to the academic community
The closure was a debate about Eugenia, which lasted more than two hours, had the participation of Priscila Dorella and Rubens Panegassi from the Department of History (UFV).
